EPDM

"Built-In Gutters" or "Hidden Gutters" are gutters hidden in the frame of the house, protected by an EPDM rubber membrane.

Durable

EPDM is extremely durable. Installed correctly, you can expect 60+ years without leaks. If shortcuts were taken during install, leaks develop after 10-20.

Warrantied

We rigorously follow manufacturer guidelines, and stand by our work with a 15 year warranty on replacements and a 10 year warranty on most repairs.

Services we provide:

Leak Repair

We reseal leaks according to the manufacturer with "formflash" rubber for a 60 year seam, unlike tar or silicone.

Clog Prevention

The number one cause of overflows is clogged tiny outlets. With upgraded outlets, water drains faster and debris flows right through! In conjunction with larger outlets we install downspout traps to protect drainage.

Overflow Prevention

Time and shifting foundations can pull gutters out of alignment. We can raise the gutter edge to correct the issue and allow the gutters to hold more water.

Downspout Replacement

Older, thin downspouts clog and break down with time. Allow us to replace them with modern high-volume downspouts.

Rubber Replacement

Allow us to renew your whole gutter system, starting with fresh rubber, adding larger outlets and manufacturer recommended seams, and finishing with new downspouts and flashing if you like. With gutters operating like new, your home will be safe against the dangers of water damage.

Flashing Replacement

The metal flashing on the edge of the gutter keeps rain from penetrating the frame of the house, and adds a final aesthetic touch.
