We were glad to take on this project for a prominent local businessperson.

We were called onto the project after the client had experienced serious interior flooding, and a large insurance claim. They were very conscious of the potential for water damage, and wanted all potential sources addressed.

We thoroughly resealed their built-in gutter system (including a 10 year warranty), and upgraded all their external downpipes to large 3″ round pipes, with a catchment to protect their drainage from debris.

Two years on, the system is strong, the client is happy, and our follow-up checks have shown that the problem is solved.
